La Ribera is a family run business based in Dublin. Headed up by Jorge Hernandez Pastor from Valencia, Spain who has lived and worked in Dublin for over 20 years head cheffing in various well known Spanish restaurants in the city and with a love for the flavour of his Iberian homeland along the Meditterrean. La Ribera is the place where he grew up just outside Valencia city surrounded by rice fields and orange groves. La Ribera Catering offer an authentic taste of this Valencian cuisine and pride of the 'Paella' from this region.
